Mr Ryan joins the team in Sydney from New York where he was managing director of the real estate investment banking team working in the global mergers and acquisitions group. With over a decade of experience, Mr Ryan's focus for the last six years has been on large cap M&A transactions on behalf of many of the bank's real estate clients.

Mr Macdonald joins Deutsche Bank from Citigroup where he was a director in the mergers and acquisitions team in the real estate investment banking division. Prior to his role at Citigroup, he spent five years in London with Morgan Stanley working in capital markets. Mr Macdonald brings with him valuable in-depth market knowledge and relationships with many of the important players in Australia's real estate sector.

Monte Koche, global head of real estate investment banking at Deutsche Bank, said: "The combination of Tim and Hugh offers experience that covers the full spectrum - M&A, capital markets, local market knowledge and global connectivity."
